2007 National Show

The show also featured two excellent seminars:

Bob Roberson demonstrates rail road tools

Alan Rogers describing the affects of a hurricane on the rail road to the Keys

Alan Rogers and Bob Roberson provided an excellent seminar on Florida rail roads.  Bob started with a demonstration of the tools used in early construction and how the rails were placed.  Alan continued with a detailed history of Henry Flagler and the rail road through the Florida Keys.

Dudley Ellis provided a seminar on his display of Canadian ponies.  The seminar covers the known history, colors, manufacturers and embossings on these beautiful insulators.

In addition to the show collectors took advantage of local attractions:

Right across the street from the show was an amusement park with a ride called the slingshot.  A number of collectors took the challenge!
