DESIGN FOR AN INSULATOR.


SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 37,741, dated May 29, 1900.

Application filed April 26, 1900. Serial No. 14,506.  Term of patent 14 years.


To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, FRED M. LOCKE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Victor, county of Ontario, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Insulators, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a side elevation; Fig. 2, a top plan view thereof; Fig. 3, a bottom plan view thereof; Fig. 4, a cross-section on line X X in Fig. 2.

As shown in the accompanying drawings, the leading or material feature of my design comprises an insulator having a convex spherical body a, the outer edge terminating in an upturned rim b.

C is a cap having a wire-channel d upon the upper face of the body, and e is a downwardly-extending skirt located upon the lower side thereof.

Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is--

The design for an insulator substantially as herein described and shown.
