"Too Common to Collect?"

This display variety of markings and colors of common Hemingray CD 152 & 154 styles. It won the following awards:

  • NIA Award for Best of Show
  • NIA Award for Specialty
  • N.R. Woodward Award for Best use of North American Glass
  • Millholland Educational Award
  • Central Florida Insulator Club Award for the Best First Time Exhibit at a National.

"Mickey Mouse"

This display shows a variety of CD 257 Hemingray "Mickey Mouse" style insulators along with a set of commemoratives in the same style. It received the NIA award for Best of Color.

"Early Telephones"

This display showed a nice variety of early to more modern telephones and won the Central Florida Insulator Club Award for the Best First Time Exhibit at a National.

"Wire Nuts made of Porcelain"

This very unique display shows an amazing variety of porcelain wire nuts including markings and related information.
