This version was made for Jeffery-Dewitt by Pittsburg High Voltage and has the associated date stamp. The story behind this is that J-D had a large order for the standard ST-6800 styles but could not meet the demand so had PHV help with the order. Many of these have the typical Pittsburg date stamps. They are known with no markings on the cap as well.
