This information was found in a Jan 31, 1928 publication in Madrid  from which I gleaned:

The company was established in 1894 as "Luis Berenguer", and became a limited company in 1921 under the name of "Manufacturas Ceramicas, SA " making since its founding, specialty electrical porcelain including insulators for telephone and up to large insulators to support up to one hundred thousand volts. Mention was made on a new model of insulator string without the need for cement to avoid the disastrous effects observed to date in. (Suspect this is a Hewlett design). They mention establishing a laboratory with a 300,000 volts test transformer. Yearly production is 291,000 high-voltage insulators; 967,000 in-between and low voltage telephone and telegraph insulators. It is working on a contract for the state for 85,000 insulators (Model No. 2) and 350,000 insulators (model number 3).
