The Lenin insulator plant was in Nikolaevo Bulgaria (závod imeni Lenina Nikolaevo) starting production in the communist era in 1953. The factory still exists today as the Elpo Ad (Елпо АД) and still makes a full range of insulators. Thanks to František Daněk for most of this information.
