Gustavsberg was founded in 1825 and initially concentrated on making household porcelain and decorative items. In Vargarda Armature is founded to make electrical armatures. It is likely that this coincided with insulator manufacture. They remain in business today making bathroom fixtures but appear to no longer manufacture insulators.
