CD 1180:

This unusual and rare insulator is a combination of pin and insulator in one.  It is made by the Corning Glass Works and marked with the Pyrex logo.  The insulator base dimensions exactly match the through cross arm standard pins!  It has an indentation in the base to allow a nail or dowel to prevent twisting in the cross-arm.
