2008 National Show Displays

One of the highlights of the 2008 National was the ambitious combined CD display coordinated by Howard Banks.  The goal was to display one of each known North American pin-type styles.  The display was a great success with over 95% of the threaded and threadless insulators represented.  A large number of collectors provided insulators for the display.  Special thanks to Butch Haltman and Ron Yuhas who both provided a large quantity of rare samples.  Further thanks goes to Howard Banks who drove thousands of miles to ensure that certain key pieces were available and who spent countless hours coordinating the display and capturing pictures of the examples.

Overall view of the display -- seldom was there not a small crowd.
