The 1994 National Show!

Houston, Texas 

July 1-3, 1994

 

The 25th Silver national insulator show was held in Houston, TX at the Hobby Airport Holiday Inn.  The show hosts were John Hall, Marilyn Albers, Elton Gish and Jimmy Burns. The show was supported by the Lone Star Insulator Club and featured 16 displays.

The show featured a banquet of Tex-Mex fare and also featured a classic annual presentation by Jerry Turner.  Several one of a kind insulators made an appearance at the show including the CD 181.5 "spaceman" and the CD 109.9 "Ramshead".  A great wildflower quilt sewn by the LSIC women was raffled off.
