NIA Updated Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws Up for Membership Approval at this years general membership meeting

The NIA General Membership meeting will be held there on Friday, July 10, in the Oakdale Ballroom Salon I at 4:15 p.m. This year as a result of the application for the 501c3 charitable organization status, we will be voting on a complete new Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. We need to have an affirmative vote of 2/3 majority of the members present at the General Membership meeting in order for this to pass. Please make every effort to attend this meeting. Since it would be cost prohibitive to re-print the entire articles and by-laws, Below are both the old and new bylaws and Articles of Incorporation for your review:
