Glass Insulators from outside North America  Reference books by Marilyn Albers & N.R. Woodward

The CD numbering system was developed and maintained by N.R. Woodward.  Marilyn Albers is responsible for the research and documentation of insulators manufactured outside North America.  Along with N.R. Woodward she published two guide books as well as authoring a monthly section in Crown Jewels of the Wire magazine.  These books and articles documented both the history and insulators.  Marilyn can be credited for the bulk of information available today!  Here are links to the available reference material.  Each of the references below provide additional historical information as well as additional CD styles.
