CD 365: USA

This high voltage CD was made by Fred M. Locke and was part of the fantastic dig of items formerly in Fred Locke's house by Ken Willick and Jeff Katchko.  This is most likely made from an experimental boro-silica glass Fred Locke was working on.  A similar insulator is pictured in the 1912 Brookfield catalog.
