CORNING PYREX T.M. REG. U.S. PAT. OFF MADE IN U.S.A. 441

This high voltage insulator was made by the Corning Glass Works of Pyrex glass. It is numbered 441 indicating a 44KV rating.  These were made both in clear glass and with carnival coating.  The carnival coating is intended to reduce AM radio noise by providing a slightly conductive surface to eliminate corona.

Note that this style came in three wire groove variations.  The large top has 461 embossed on the crown, the normal top version (shown), and a small top version known only in clear glass.
